I needed a liner for my chimney. Justin inspected it and was very clear and knowledgeable about the work I needed. I... felt like he was honest and fair and backed up his assessment showing me the deficiencies in the chimney, as well as the parts that were still good. I was pleasantly surprised with his price which, I felt, was very fair, especially considering the prices I saw on the internet. Just had our first appointment with Justin and it was great! They texted to ask if they could come earlier, expertly... answered all our city slicker questions about the fireplace and used safety precautions the whole time. Justin and the company are by far one of the best companies in lake ariel area. Justin showed up on time and addressed... all my questions without me feeling rushed. Their inspection was very thorough and they were even thoughtful enough as to wear booties so no dirt was brought into house. Justin even after they were done was kind enough to find and download the manual for my fireplace.read more
